One of the latest trends in Bolly wood that i thought would be best to blog is promotion of a film through Songs which are Termed as ITEM SONGS. This is a latest trend which i beleive will fade away soon.
Filmmakers use this song to bring in the audience. Its is actually a great idea to promote a film using a song. Lets see the fomulae of the songs..

• A great Looking female with dancing skills and body shape
• A background of Men trying to touch the female...
• Music With Great Beats

Now the million dollar question is do they really work?? Does a film run beacuse of these items Number the answer is no. These song do help the audience to come in in the openning weekend but after that the film runs purely for its content and entertainment value...
But my Question why are all these song taget male audience???? We female do go for watching movie....
So there is request for Bollywood Filmmakers Please give a good content in your promotional songs dont copy it!!!
There one song which only had a video with its lead hero/singer the director, the Female lead and Music Diretor which created waves in worl music industry. This Song Lifted India's Image in World Music Industry ..no you guess the song...and also keep guessing why the song is a greaaaaaaatttttttttt hit!!!!
